🚨 LAWSUIT FILED OVER CBP SHOOTING
A U.S. citizen filed a lawsuit against the federal government on Monday.
The lawsuit says a CBP agent lied about the shooting and fired into her vehicle from behind.
Federal prosecutors had accused Marimar Martinez of using her vehicle to strike and box in agent Charles Exum’s SUV in Chicago.
