🚨 BT AGREES TO BUY TALKTALK OUT OF ADMINISTRATION
BT said the rescue deal will save 900 jobs.
It will acquire TalkTalk and its wholesale business PlatformX Communications on a debt-free basis.
The move is expected to cost £400m.
