🚨 RUSSIA SAYS IT STRUCK KYIV AND IZMAIL INFRASTRUCTURE Russia's defence ministry said on Wednesday Russian forces launched a massive overnight strike. It said the targets included a communications centre in Kyiv, energy facilities in the Kyiv region that support military production, and port infrastructure in Izmail. Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko said debris had been found at the premises of one of the western embassies in central Kyiv.
