🚨 SUPREME COURT REJECTS BID IN KHALID SHEIKH MOHAMMED PLEA DEAL CASE
The US Supreme Court declined on Monday to hear a bid by Khalid Sheikh Mohammed to revive a 2024 agreement.
The deal would have spared him the death penalty in exchange for a guilty plea.
Former Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin scrapped the agreement.
